Why is it being collected?
The lawful basis we rely on for processing your personal data is article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, meaning the processing is necessary for the Council to comply with Industrial Emissions Regulations to which the controller is subject.

To assist and process applications from businesses discharging emissions into the atmosphere
Who will it be shared with?
DAERA, Tascomi, and a section can be shared with the public
How long will it be retained for?
Indefinitely
How do I make a data protection complaint?
If you consider that your data protection rights have been infringed because of the way Council has handled your personal information (or the personal information of someone you are acting on behalf of), you can make a data protection complaint to the Council by:
emailing DPO@fermanaghomagh.com, or filling in the complaint form, or completing the online form
Data Protection complaints will be handled in line with the reporting periods outlined in the Council’s Complaints Handling Procedure.
