What is PCSP?
The Fermanagh and Omagh Policing and Community Safety Partnership (PCSP) is a partnership between the Council, statutory providers and the community. The partnership is made up of elected and independent members and representatives from the statutory sector.
The overall purpose of the PCSP is to help make communities safer and to ensure that the voices of local people are heard on policing and community safety issues. We do this by:
- Engaging and consulting with the community on issues of concern relating to policing and community safety
- Working in partnership with local communities, partners and agencies to put in place interventions to address concerns; and
- Encouraging cooperation with, and inspiring confidence in the justice system and the police
