Grants & Funding
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council provides funding to voluntary clubs, societies, community, sporting organisations and bursaries to individuals. To be eligible for funding, Groups/Individuals must be based within the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council area.

Grant Aid Support 2024 / 2025 – 2nd Call for Applications
Capital Grant Aid Programme 2024/2025-2025/2026
(Funding opens on Tuesday 10 September 2024 and will close on Monday 21 October 2024 at 5.00 pm)
For further information on the Capital Grant Aid Programme – (Capital Grant Aid – Guidance Notes)
The purpose of the Capital Grant, is to enable groups to deliver high quality capital projects, or to enhance, or complement existing facilities that will bring significant benefit to the District.
Maximum grant available: Up to £20,000.
The call for online applications will open on Tuesday 10 September 2024 and close on Monday 21 October 2024 at 5.00 pm.
To coincide with the call for applications, the Council will facilitate mandatory workshops to provide information to groups and organisations interested in completing an application.
Workshops will be held on the following dates and venues:
- Thursday 12 September, 1.00pm- 2.00pm Online via TEAMS,
- Tuesday 17 September, 7.00pm-8.00pm, Strule Arts Centre, Omagh,
- Wednesday 18 September, 7.00pm-8.00pm, Enniskillen Castle, Enniskillen,
- Tuesday 24 September 1.00pm-2.00pm, Online via TEAMS.

Applications for Community Services – Project Development are open on a rolling basis and can be accepted throughout the year. Grant Aid – for Older Persons Groups
South West Age Partnership (SWAP) is responsible for the delivery of Council Grant Aid for older persons groups. Older Persons Groups must apply directly to the South West Age Partnership (SWAP) for the Council’s Grant Aid. Please note, some exceptions may apply.
