Who is collecting it?
The Public Health Agency is the Data Controller which means that it determines the purpose and means of processing the personal data. Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is the Data Processor which means we are responsible for processing the information on behalf of the PHA.

How is it collected?
Face-to-face during home safety visits

Why is it being collected?
The lawful base we rely on for processing your personal data is article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR, which relates to processing which is necessary to perform a task in the public interest or for official functions, and the task or function has a clear basis in law.

How will it be used?
To tailor and provide advice required to reduce risk of accidents in the home.

Who will it be shared with?
PHA, referral agencies (eg health visitor/social services/NIFRS), Tascomi – where applicable

How long will it be retained for?
As per Council’s Records Retention and Disposal Schedule
