Who is collecting it?
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is the Data Controller which means that we determine how the information is collected, used, protected and shared, where appropriate.

How is it collected?
Information is collected on paper forms or online documents and in some instances by email or through verbal updates.

Why is it being collected?
The legal basis we rely on for processing your personal data is article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR, meaning the processing is necessary for us to comply with the NI Local Government Act 2014.

How will it be used?
The information may be used:

• to forward relevant information
