Who is collecting it?
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is the Data Controller which means that we determine how the information is collected, used, protected and shared where appropriate.

How is it collected?
The information could be collected via emails, booking forms, application forms and telephone calls.

Why is it being collected?
The legal bases we rely on for processing personal data are articles 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, meaning that we rely on consent to process personal information for a specific purpose, and 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, meaning that the processing is necessary for a contract, or because we have been asked to take specific steps before entering into a contract.

How will it be used?
The information could be used
• to organise events at centre
• to organise meetings with a group in relation to licencing agreements and funding
• to communicate useful information, opportunities, payment invoices and community centre information
• to communicate with parents/guardians regarding summer schemes

Who will it be shared with?
This information could be shared internally for funding payments, invoicing and insurance purposes. Personal information will not be disclosed to any other third party, unless law or regulation compels such a disclosure.

How long will it be retained for?
The databases will be retained until they are superseded (as per the Council’s Records Retention and Disposal Schedule), however Council Officers will review the membership as required from time to time.
