Age Friendly Calendar 2026

The 2026 Age Friendly calendar, developed in partnership with the Western Health and Social Care Trust (WHSCT), South West Age Partnership (SWAP) and Fermanagh and Omagh District Council (FODC) and funded by the Public Health Agency, is available via the link below.

The 2026 Age Friendly Calendar will be available from the Connect Centres in Enniskillen and Omagh, Council leisure centres, via older peoples groups or by contacting South West Age Partnership on 07955 787456.
