Throughout the COVID-19 health pandemic, there have been many examples of our communities responding to the exceptional circumstances to help those in need. Here, Teemore Women’s Group shares its story.

Regular Contact
Teemore Women’s Group have been providing support to fellow members throughout the social distancing period by making regular phone calls or by sending texts.

New Interests
Members have been encouraged to take up new interests such as gardening, baking, writing their life story, sketching garden birds or learning a new language.

Daily Diary
All members are encouraged to keep a daily diary during this period.

Cards
Thinking of You, Sympathy cards etc have been encouraging and appreciated by those who have received them.

Outdoor Activities
The good weather has resulted in outdoor activities for members such as gardening and painting garden furniture and fences.
