Nappy Scheme

8 million disposable nappies are thrown away each day which accounts for about 3-4% of our household waste.

Using reusable nappies can dramatically reduce the amount of waste we send to landfill and minimise our impact on the environment.

To help encourage more parents to make the switch, Fermanagh and Omagh District Council have a reusable nappy incentive scheme where you can claim back £30 when you spend £50 or more on cloth nappies.

To apply for this scheme complete this form and return with proof of purchase to Council’s Recycling Education Officer.
