Fermanagh and Omagh Labour Market Partnership (F&O LMP), funded through the Department for Communities, focuses on improving employability outcomes and labour market conditions locally by working with partners from across the public, private and community/voluntary sectors.
The F&O LMP collectively developed an Action Plan for 2024/25 which includes a variety of initiatives tailored to address the following three key themes within the Fermanagh and Omagh area:
- Improving skilled labour supply
- Tackling economic inactivity
- Disability
