Application Guidance Notes
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council will consider expressions of interest from traders, food providers, wishing to trade high quality arts, crafts, gifts, food and drink (no alcohol permitted). All goods must comply with consumer legislation.
Due to the high number of applications expected, applications from businesses based within Fermanagh and Omagh District Council area and comply to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council’s ‘Green Your Festival’ principles will be given priority. FODC reserve the right to refuse any Trader application.
All Expression of Interest applicants will need to supply evidence of £5M Public Liability Insurance cover.
An Expression of Interest application should not be considered confirmed until the applicant has received a letter/email confirmation from the Council. Trading fee: £50.00 (payable when confirmed by letter/email)
