Application Guidance Notes
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council will consider expressions of interest from food providers wishing to trade food and drink (no alcohol permitted). All goods must comply with consumer legislation.
Due to limited Food Vendor stands available a selection process may take place for each event/festival.
In the interests of promoting an appropriate range of products on offer, Council reserves the right to limit the number of food vendors/traders, and to limit the number of food vendors/traders with a similar product to avoid duplication.
In the case of oversubscription preference may be given to:
Traders registered in Fermanagh and Omagh District Council area.
Traders that comply to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council’s ‘Green Your Festival’ principles.
All Expression of Interest applicants will need to supply evidence of £5M Public Liability Insurance cover.
An Expression of Interest application should not be considered confirmed until the applicant has received an email confirmation from the Council. Trading fee: £75.00 per stand (payable when confirmed by letter/email)
