COVID-19 working arrangements
Like all public authorities, Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is currently working in unprecedented times and staff may be working in, or may have been diverted to, essential service areas.
We would ask that you bear with us at this time and know that we will respond to your correspondence as soon as practicably possible.
As a Council and service provider we are committed to delivering high quality services in an efficient, effective and professional manner while providing easy access to information.
Our Customer Service Standards set out what you, our residents and service users, should expect when you contact us or visit our offices and facilities. They also explain what we ask of you when you contact us.
The Customer Service Standards are available to download from the related files panel on this web page.
How are we doing?
We are keen to continuously improve your experience of our services so if things go well or not so well, we would like to know.
