Draft Plan Strategy Submission to Department – Availability of Submission Documents.
In accordance with Section 10 of the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 and Regulation 20 of the Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015, Fermanagh and Omagh District Council submitted its Local Development Plan draft Plan Strategy (dPS) to the Department for Infrastructure on 18 December 2020.
The submission of the documents to the Department for Infrastructure is the first step of the Independent Examination stage for the Local Development Plan process. In accordance with Regulation 21 of the Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015, the following public notice will be advertised during the week commencing 11 January 2010 and week commencing 18 January 2021.
In accordance with Regulation 21 of the Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015, the Draft Plan Strategy and supporting documents are available for inspection.
In light of current COVID-19 restrictions, the submission documents will not be available for public inspection at our offices at this time. When restrictions are relaxed, we will facilitate inspection of documents by appointment only between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday at Strule House, 16 High Street Omagh, Co Tyrone, BT78 1BQ and County Buildings, 15 East Bridge Street, Enniskillen, Fermanagh, BT74 7BW. The Draft Plan Strategy and supporting documents submission are available for inspection in the document library below. In addition to the previously published information, the submission list contains a number of new documents.
