Local Development Plan Draft Plan Strategy – Proposed Changes Consultation
As a result of the public consultation exercise for the LDP Draft Plan Strategy, Fermanagh and Omagh District Council has considered all representations and is now proposing a number of changes to the Draft Plan Strategy in response to the consultation process. These changes will be subject to a formal 8-week public consultation from Thursday 16 July 2020 to Friday 11 September 2020
The Schedule is accompanied by Addendums to the Sustainability Appraisal, the Habitats Regulation Assessment, Rural Needs Impact Assessment and Equality Impact Screening Report.
In preparing these proposed changes, account has been taken of Development Plan Practice Note 10 – Submitting Development Plan Documents for Independent Examination (December 2019) https://bit.ly/3eY6z1g
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the Schedule of Proposed Changes and all supporting assessments can be inspected by appointment only between the hours of 10.00am and 12.00pm and 2.00pm and 4.00pm from Wednesday 15 July 2020 at the Connect Centres: Strule House, 16 High Street, Omagh, Co Tyrone, BT78 1BQ and County Buildings, 15 East Bridge Street, Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh, BT74 7BW.
