Poisonous Substances

If you sell certain poisons you must register with your local Council.  Some of the poisons which must be registered are usually found in common products such as drain cleaners, kettle de-scalers, insecticides, pesticides and weed killers.

Download all poisons listed under Part II of the Poisons List for which you are required to register.

Registration

The Council will issue one renewal reminder each year along with a renewal form.  It is your responsibility to complete the renewal process.
