Omagh Leisure Complex offers a range of fitness classes for all ages and abilities. Below is a list of programmes and allocated times available for classes starting from 5 September 2022.

Advanced booked is no longer required for Fitness Classes. Check-in is available up to 30 minutes before the fitness class start time.

Programme may be subject to change.

Classes cost £4.50 or free as a member (excluding pre-booked courses).

As some restrictions have now lifted both members and non-members no longer have to pre-book to attend the DEC Gym and Weights area, just come along as walk-ins are welcome!
