Omagh Leisure Complex offers a range of fitness classes for all ages and abilities. Below is a list of programmes and allocated times available for classes from 03 January 2023.

Advanced booked is no longer required for Fitness Classes.

Programme may be subject to change.

Classes cost £4.50 or free as a member (excluding pre-booked courses).

As restrictions have now lifted both members and non-members no longer have to pre-book to attend the DEC Gym and Weights area, just come along as walk-ins are welcome!*
*All persons wanting to attend the gym must complete an induction with a qualified member of staff before they can attend the gym on a casual basis.
