Omagh Leisure Complex is open to the public in a safe and limited capacity and is currently offering a limited number of services in line with current Covid-19 restrictions.
Swimming pool Opening Times – individual use / lane swimming only

Admission at the above times only. Please note booking is essential and this can be done any time in the 24 hours prior to the visit by going online or contacting the venue directly on 028 8224 6711. Bookings consist of a maximum of 45 minute swim and 15 minutes for changing after.
Visitors should come “beach ready” with swimwear under their clothes.

Sessions at the DEC gym (cardiovascular, resistance equipment and free weights) and the Cardio Only Zone (cardiovascular equipment only) must be booked online or by calling the complex on 028 8224 6711. Please be advised that bookings are a maximum of 90 minutes.
Subject to availability visitors may book consecutive fitness sessions
