What information is being collected?
1. Name
2. Postal address
3. Date of birth
4. Telephone number
5. Vehicle details including registration number, make, model and colour, if applicable
6. Bank details, if applicable
7. Images, if applicable
8. Description of persons/animals, if applicable
9. Medical information, if applicable

Who is collecting it?
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is the Data Controller which means that we determine how the information is collected, used, protected and shared, where appropriate.

How is it collected?
The information could be collected from:
• Dumped litter
• Dashcam footage
• A member of the public
• PSNI
• FODC staff member
• DVLA

Why is it being collected?
The lawful basis we rely on for processing your personal data is article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR; the processing is necessary for us to comply with the Clean Neighbourhoods Act (NI) 2011, the Litter (NI) Order 1994 and the Local Government (NI) Order 1978.

How will it be used?
The information could be used to issue a fixed penalty notice and in any subsequent legal process.

Who will it be shared with?
Internally the information could be shared with Enforcement Officers and Environmental Health Officers, if applicable.
Externally the information could be shared with the PSNI, DVLA, NI Courts or a contractor, if applicable.
Personal information will not be disclosed to any other third party, unless law or regulation compels such a disclosure.

How long will it be retained for?
Enforcement information will be retained in line with the Council’s Records Retention and Disposal Schedule.
