Grass Pitches and Changing Rooms
Fermanagh & Omagh District Council> has a number of grass pitches and changing room facilities available for hire throughout the district.
Donnelly’s Holm, Omagh

This site has two full-size football pitches.
There are two changing room units comprising four team changing rooms, a referee changing room and public toilets.
Drumquin, Omagh

This site has one full-size football pitch.
There is one changing room unit comprising two team changing rooms, a referee changing room and public toilets.
Ecclesville, Fintona

Hire Charges 2026-27
Adult (18 years and over)
- With Changing Rooms: £62.00
- Without Changing Rooms: £50.00
Youth (17 years and under)
- With Changing Rooms: £50.00
- Without Changing Rooms: £38.50
Booking Process

If the facility is available, bookings must be submitted through the 2026-27 Grass Pitches Booking Form. A booking is not confirmed until all required information and supporting documentation have been received and verified.
Required Documentation
Clubs and organisations must provide:
- Club Constitution (where applicable)
- Public Liability Insurance (minimum £5 million cover)
- Confirmation that an appropriate Risk Assessment will be carried out
- Details of National Governing Body affiliation (if applicable)
Safeguarding Requirements
Organisations working with children, young people or adults at risk of harm must complete the safeguarding section within the booking form and confirm appropriate safeguarding arrangements are in place.
Youth Teams (17 years and under)
Those who instruct, coach or manage teams or individuals aged 17 and under must be:
- Appropriately qualified for the age group and level
- AccessNI checked
- Safeguarding trained
- First Aid qualified
Important Information
- A booking form must be submitted for all matches, friendlies and training sessions.
- A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for match bookings.
- Hire includes the allocated pitch and goalposts only. Nets and corner are not provided.
- Bookings are valid only for the allocated times.
- Smoking, vaping and alcohol are prohibited at pitches, changing rooms and surrounding areas.
- Council reserves the right to close pitches due to adverse weather, maintenance requirements or safety concerns
