Public Notice:

Publication of Fraud Risk in Planning

A new Regional Response Protocol has been published to address fraud risks and misrepresented information within the planning system in Northern Ireland. This protocol was developed by a task group including the Department for Infrastructure, the Northern Ireland Environment Agency, and local planning authorities, following recommendation from the Northern Ireland Audit Office. The Protocol can be accessed on the Department for Infrastructure’s website – link attached.

Planning Application Notifications

The Planning Department of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council advises that a high volume of representations has been received in relation to the planning application below. As a result, it will not be possible to acknowledge each representation individually. All representations received will, however, be recorded and considered as part of the planning application process.
