In addition to our extensive Fitness Class Programme, Omagh Leisure Complex also offer a wide variety of fitness courses allowing the participant to work their way through various competencies, progressing to an advanced level. Disciplines include but are not limited to Yoga, Pilates and Boot Camps. We continue to assess and introduce new disciplines throughout the year, so download our app and follow our socials for the most recent info.

It is now possible to reserve an outdoor 4G pitch with or without floodlighting online.  Bookings may be made up to a week in advance for adults.  To view available slots and make your selection, click on the link below to login.

We offer activities and events for children and adults that may be booked online or via the app. These include our Splash Disco, Children’s Activity Camps, and Seasonal Events. In this section, you will find activities and one-off events currently on offer.

We are delighted to have the return of our Gymnastics courses at OLC starting in January 2024! Novice lessons will be available to children aged 5-8 so they can learn the fundamental skills, balances and movements of gymnastics.

Learn to swim with the Experts! Omagh Leisure Complex swimming lesson programme is offered to all people regardless of age or ability. From children (5+) to Adult, complete beginner to Advance Stroke Development, there’s sure to be a class suited to you! We have group lessons where you can learn or perfect your technique with those of a similar ability/standard or individual one-to-one lessons where you will have the undivided attention from your teacher. Lessons can be spread over several weeks or we occasionally offer “Fast Track” offering exceptional progress over a short period of time by attending every day for a set number of days.

From Rookie Lifeguarding to National Pool Lifeguard, we are proud to offer the RLSS Lifesaving Programme to those who wish to develop their skills and be confident in a pool or sea environment, enjoy water activities safely and use lifesaving skills where necessary. These industry recognised qualifications offer successful candidates the opportunity to pursue a career in the leisure sector.
