Escape the everyday and experience deep relaxation in one of the world’s most unique settings. Hidden within the Marble Arch Caves, this immersive Sound Bath invites you to unwind beneath the earth’s surface, surrounded by the natural atmosphere of the cave.

Led by sound practitioner and musician Andy Tyler of Sound Health, this restorative experience combines the powerful tones of Chao and Feng gongs, shamanic-style drumming and harmonic singing to create a rich soundscape designed to calm the mind and relax the body.

Reclining comfortably in a lantern-lit cave chamber, you’ll be guided on a soothing journey through sound, allowing you to switch off, recharge and connect with the tranquil surroundings. Whether you’re new to meditation or a regular mindfulness practitioner, this unique underground experience offers a memorable opportunity to slow down and be present.

What to Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, small pillow or cushion, warm clothing and a warm drink. The cave maintains a cool temperature of around 9°C, and participants will walk down 157 steps to reach the session area.
