Assembly Point: A Field on Boyhill Road Demonstration Point: A Field on A4 Road

Main Parade Commence 12:30pm Return parade Commence 3.30pm (approx.)

Car parking is available on the Main A4 Road both sides, at a field at the Lisnaskea Road and at a field on Station Road, as directed by the marshals. Disabled parking will be adjacent to the demonstration field A4 Road and is on a first come first served basis.

Anyone wishing to park in the designated disabled Parking must have their Blue Badge displayed. Buses will enter Brookeborough via Station Road and debus on the Killarty Road, efficiently between the church and play park where the busses will be parked for the journey home. Marshalls will be in attendance to advise. There will be an active 11/1 from the de-bus point to the assembly field UNTIL 11.45am.

Any visiting Preceptories / bands wishing to parade, should form up at the Elim Church From here making your way to the field via the Nutfield Road and Boyhill Road.

Please ensure that you get your engaged band and Preceptory in the field for 12:15pm. Bands and Preceptories who travel via car, can park as directed by the marshals in various fields. Portaloo’s and bins will be provided. Official cars to approach assembly field by the Boyhill Road at the turn off on the A4 road at Aghavea church sign.

The Main Parade will start at 12.30pm sharp. The parade will be led by the county officers and standards. The rest of the parade will follow as below County Officers County Monaghan County Cavan District No 1 District No 3 District No 2.

When all preceptories arrive at the demonstration field the Service will start shortly after.

After the service at app 3.30pm the return parade shall start. Dispersal Points On the return journey from the demonstration field at app 3.30pm all bands and preceptories will disperse at either Killarty Road for those using Buses, Station Road but strictly no parading on the A4 road or at The Brooke Memorial Orange Hall.
