TENDER FOR THE DESIGN, SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF A MODULAR UNIT AND ASSOCIATED WORKS AT ARC HEALTHY LIVING, IRVINESTOWN. PEACEPLUS FUNDED UPGRADE WORKS

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invites Tenders from suitably qualified Contractors for the design, supply, delivery and installation of a modular unit and associated Civil Engineering site works at ARC Healthy Living, Irvinestown, Co. Fermanagh. The Contract is being co-ordinated in conjunction with Keys and Monaghan Architects who represent ARC Healthy Living, a project supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB). The estimated Contract Period is 14 weeks duration for off site design and prefabrication and 4 weeks construction on site. This is a funded project through the PEACEPLUS Local Action Plan Theme 1 – Local Community Regeneration and Transformation 1.1 ‘Enhancement to Existing Community Spaces/Halls’ Programme.
