TENDER FOR PLANNING, MANAGEMENT AND DELIVERY OF THE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS SWITCH ON EVENTS IN OMAGH AND/OR ENNISKILLEN IN 2026 & 2027

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invites tenders from suitably experienced event management organisations for the planning, management and delivery of the Christmas Lights Switch-On Event in Omagh and/or Enniskillen on Saturday 21st 2026 and November 2027 (date to be confirmed).

The Christmas Lights Switch On event has been a much loved highlight of the local events calendar for many years, marking the beginning of the festive season and bringing people of all ages together in the heart of Omagh and Enniskillen. Fermanagh and Omagh District Council now wishes to invite suitably experienced groups and organisations to deliver an inclusive, creative and high-quality programme of activities, entertainment and music that will create a welcoming festive atmosphere, encourage community participation and support Omagh and Enniskillen town centres as vibrant destinations for families, visitors and Christmas shoppers on Saturday 21 November 2026 and November 2027 (date to be confirmed).

Lot 1 – Omagh Christmas Lights Switch-On Event on Saturday 21 November 2026 and November 2027 (date to be confirmed).

Lot 2 – Enniskillen Christmas Lights Switch-On Event on Saturday 21 November 2026 and November 2027 (date to be confirmed).

Tenderers may quote for either or both Lots

The Council does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender or any expenses incurred therein.
