Do participants undertake work placement?

Participants are offered the opportunity to gain work experience if it meets their needs, however it's not a requirement of the programme. ASPIRE has a strong tradition and reputation for providing work experience placement opportunities to participants which has been mutually beneficial to the participant & the business. The team assist you with finding a suitable placement that benefits your long-term career goals. Work placements are tailored to each individual participant and the area of work they would like to get into. Past placements have included local schools, retail & offices.
