Can I apply if I am currently receiving Benefits or Universal Credit?

Yes, you can join the ASPIRE programme if you are currently receiving Benefits or Universal Credit. This will not affect your income. You can also join if you are not currently in receipt of benefits such as Universal Credit as long as you are not currently in full-time employment or education and are over 16 years of age.
