Customer ‘Connect Centres’ are located in County Buildings, 15 East Bridge Street, Enniskillen, BT74 7BW and Strule House, 16 High Street, Omagh, BT78 1BQ.

Public access for registration appointments only, Monday – Friday 9am-12.30pm and 1.30pm – 5pm.

Compostable liners for food caddies available to collect from outside main door (subject to availability).

When visiting a Connect Centre
When visiting a Connect Centre for a pre-arranged appointment please:

– Do not enter if you have COVID-19 symptoms
– Wear a face covering
– Use hand sanitisers available
– Keep your distance from others
– Use contactless payment where possible
– Be kind to our staff, they are there to help
– Follow directional signage

 


Customer Service Advisers are available to take payment for a range of Council services and to answer a wide range of queries relating to general Council services.

Services available at the Connect Centre include:
– Access a range of information on Council
services
– View planning applications
– Collect free compostable liners for your
food caddy
– Make a payment for Council services such as:
– Dog licences
– Council invoices or Fixed Penalties
– Waste & recycling payments
– Building Control Plan and Inspection fees
– Planning fees
– Arrange online payments

And much more.

A number of the Council’s public facing services are located within County Buildings, Enniskillen and Strule House, Omagh to ensure that they are easily accessible and in a convenient location to service users.

County Buildings, Enniskillen
Services located here include:
– Registration of Births, Death, Marriages and Civil Partnerships
– Building Control
– Licensing (including dog licensing)
– Fermanagh and Omagh Policing and Community Safety Partnership (PCSP)
– Funding & Investment

Planning; Community Services; Economic and Tourism Development; Rural Development Programme and Neighbourhood Renewal will operate from County Buildings during the week commencing Monday 2 March 2020.

Strule House, Omagh
Services located here include:

– Planning
– Building Control
– Licensing (including dog licensing)
– Economic and Regeneration and funded programmes such as Local Economic Development; Urban Regeneration; Rural Regeneration; Neighbourhood Renewal; Fermanagh and Omagh Local Action Group (LAG); Peace IV and the ASPIRE employability programme.

Registration of births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships continues to operate at the Council offices at the Grange, Omagh.
