Connect Centre, Omagh

The Omagh Connect Centre is located at the refurbished premises of the Council’s former Public Services Centre on High Street in Omagh. A second Connect Centre will open in Enniskillen in Spring 2019.

Customer Service Advisers can provide assistance on making a payment for a range of Council services and to answer a wide range of queries relating to general Council services.


Services available at the Connect Centre include:
– Access to a range of information on Council
– Viewing of planning applications
– Collection of free compostable liners for your
food caddy
– Making a payment for Council services such as:
– Dog licences
– Council invoices or Fixed Penalties
– Waste & recycling payments
– Building Control Plan and Inspection fees
– Planning fees
– Arrange online payments

And much more.


A number of Omagh based Council services are located within the High Street building in Omagh to ensure that the Council’s public facing services are easily accessible to all its service users.

These include Planning; Building Control; Licensing (including dog licensing) and Economic and Regeneration and funded programmes such as Local Economic Development; Urban Regeneration; Rural Regeneration; Neighbourhood Renewal; Fermanagh and Omagh Local Action Group (LAG); Peace IV and the ASPIRE employability programme.

Registration of births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships continues to operare at the Council offices at the Grange, Omagh.

Services at all other Council facilities and offices including the Townhall, County Buildings and Killyvilly depot, Enniskillen and Lisnamallard House and Gortrush depot, Omagh continue to operate as normal.
