Update 16 July 2025 Planning Committee

July 2025 Planning Committee falls on Wednesday 16 July 2025 and the Council offices are closed on Monday 14 and Tuesday 15 July 2025.  As a result the Council;
  • Will publish an agenda and papers on Wednesday 9 July 2025 (not Thursday 10 July 2025)
  • Would encourage everyone to submit their ‘Speaking Rights’ request by 12 noon on Friday 11 July 2025 and the Council would respond to those requests by close of play on 11 July 2025 to confirm ‘Speaking Rights’ (or otherwise).
  • In accordance with paragraph 1.12 of the Planning Committee Protocol, the deadline for anyone wishing to request ‘Speaking Rights’ is 5pm on Monday 14 July 2025, however those requests submitted after 12noon on 11 July 2025 will not be responded to until the morning of 16 July 2025 (therefore we encourage them to be submitted by 12 noon on 11 July 2025).

In order to request speaking rights for a particular planning application, please email your request to: democratic.services@fermanaghomagh.com or telephone 0300 303 1777 extension 20203 or 20207. These are the only contacts through which Speaking Rights may be requested.
