July 2026 Bank Holiday arrangements – Bin collections, Council offices & facilities

Bin collections will operate as normal over the holiday period.

Council Offices
The Council’s main administrative centres will be closed on Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 July 2026 and will reopen at 9am on Wednesday 15 July 2026.

These include:

Enniskillen: the Townhall, Connect Centre and County Buildings (including Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages and Civil Partnerships), and Killyvilly Works Depot, Enniskillen.
Omagh: Connect Centre and Strule House, The Grange (including Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages and Civil Partnerships), and Gortrush Works Depot, Omagh.

Recycling Centres:

Gortrush Civic Amenity Site, Omagh: is closed Monday 13 July and open Tuesday 14 July, 9am-4.45pm.
Belleek Recycling Centre: is closed Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 July.
Carrickmore, Dromore and Fintona Recycling Centres: are closed Monday 13 July and open Tuesday 14 July, 11am-3.45pm.
Drummee Recycling Centre, Enniskillen: is closed Monday 13 July and open Tuesday 14 July, 9am-4.45pm.
Garrison Recycling Centre: is closed Monday 13 July and open Tuesday 14 July, 10am-5.45pm.
Irvinestown, Lisnaskea, Kinawley and Tempo Recycling Centres: are closed Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 July.
Kesh, Newtownbutler and Rosslea Recycling Centres: are closed Monday 13 July and open Tuesday 14 July, 10am-5.45pm.

Other Council venues & facilities:

Leisure Centres: Broadmeadow Fitness Bawnacre Centre, Castle Park Leisure Centre and Omagh Leisure Complex are closed on Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 July.

The Ardhowen – is closed on Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 July.

Strule Arts Centre & Omagh Visitor Information Centre: is closed on Monday 13 and Tuesday 14 July.
