Fermanagh and Omagh Summer Programme 2026 Set to Open for Bookings
1st May 2026
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council’s highly anticipated Summer Programme for Children and Young People will open for bookings on Tuesday 12 May 2026 at 8.00am.
The Summer Programme will run throughout July and August, with over 150 programmes delivered at community and Council facilities across the district. The extensive programme offers something for everyone, with a wide range of camps, activities and workshops including multi‑sport activities, water-sports, arts and crafts, drama, dance, summer camps, comic book masterclasses and much more; new to the 2026 programme is ‘Picture Orienteering’.
Commenting on the 2026 Summer Programme for Children and Young People, Chair of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, Cllr Barry McElduff said:
“The Council’s Summer Programme continues to provide a wide range of positive and accessible opportunities for children and young people across the district during the summer months. With activities running throughout July and August, the programme supports young people to stay active, build confidence, develop new interests and spend time with their peers in a safe and welcoming environment.
“This year’s programme reflects the ongoing work of Council teams and partners to ensure activities are inclusive and available in communities right across our Council area.
I would encourage parents and carers to take time to review the programme and familiarise themselves with the booking process in advance of the ‘go live’ date.”
The Summer Programme 2026 schedule is now available to view on the Council website to assist with planning: https://www.fermanaghomagh.com/services/community/community-programmes/children-and-young-people-summer-programme-2026/
