Step into the Art of Folk Dancing! This class is designed to accommodate all levels of experience, whether you have some dancing know-how or are only just beginning. Folk dancing can provide such an important sense of community, which is why this class is open to everyone, of all ages. Traditional dancing can also be a fantastic way to build up your fitness, flexibility, and confidence in yourself, as you take your mind away from the stresses of life and focus on yourself.
This is a single class booking with no ongoing commitment, but there are more sessions (see dates below) if you wish to continue exploring Irish dance.
