Fermanagh and Omagh Sports Forum annually recognises and celebrates the achievements of athletes and teams from the Council district. Members of the public can nominate for the following categories:

• Senior Sports Personality (18 years old and over)
• Junior Sports Personality (14 – 18 years old)
• Juvenile Sports Personality (14 years and under)
• Senior Sports Team
• Junior Sports Team
• Coach of the Year
• Disability Sports Coach of the Year
• Service to Sport
• Outstanding Achievement Award
