Expressions of Interest sought for Lough Melvin Holiday Centre

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is inviting Expressions of Interest for the long-term use and development of the Lough Melvin Holiday Centre, Garrison, Co. Fermanagh. This may be in the form of a management agreement, lease or purchase.
Located in Garrison, the Lough Melvin Centre, which was opened in 1987, offers 12 serviced pitches for caravans and associated facilities, hostel type accommodation for 42 people in ten rooms and a dormitory, catering and café facilities, two function rooms and an adjacent green field site of 1.98 hectares.
The Council would anticipate that any future development will see the Lough Melvin Holiday Centre make a sustainable contribution to the social and economic well-being of the Garrison area.
