Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is the Data Processor which means we are responsible for processing the information on behalf of the Department for Communities.

During Affordable Warmth home visits.
Why is it being collected?
The lawful basis we rely on to process your personal data is article 6(1)(e) where processing is necessary for us to perform a task in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.
How will it be used?
To determine eligibility for the Affordable Warmth grant scheme.

DfC, NIHE, referral agencies (eg health visitors, social services, NIFRS) Tascomi
