Council Committees

The Chair of Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is Councillor Thomas O’Reilly for the 2023-2024 year.

The Vice Chair is Councillor Ann-Marie Donnelly.

Council business is conducted via a committee system. There are currently five Standing Committees: Environmental Services,  Regeneration and Community,  Policy and Resources and Planning which meet every month and Brexit which meets bimonthly. The reports of these meetings are considered and ratified by the full council.

The Council has also established a Health and Social Care Services Sub Committee and Rural Affairs Sub Committee.

Council, Committee and Sub-Committee meetings are livestreamed via the Council’s YouTube channel.

Meeting schedule, agenda and minutes are available to view here.
