The following documents must be submitted with the claim:-
- Claim Pack – Claim Form, BACS Form, Post Project Evaluation Form, all forms to be completed & signed
- Original Invoices
- Quotations – refer to Point 2 of your Letter of Offer – Terms & Conditions.
- ‘Specific Requirements’ Section of your Grant Aid Letter of Offer – documentation outlined in Letter of Offer
