Community Premises Support Programme
Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is the lead partner on the Community Premises Support Programme, which is funded by The Northern Ireland Executive Office through its Social Investment Fund.
The Programme enabled community and voluntary groups from the Fermanagh, Omagh, Limavady and Strabane legacy council areas to apply for financial assistance of up to £20,000 to make small scale improvements to their community buildings.
The Northern Ireland Executive Office has committed £709,316 towards the Community Premises Support Programme which aims to assist organisations providing facilities for community use to become self-sustaining and offer enhanced services.
Applications to the Programme
Applications to the programme closed 31st January 2017.
The Assessment process for applications to the Community Premises Support Programme was concluded in August 2017.
At its meeting on 12 September 2017 Fermanagh and Omagh District Councils’ Regeneration and Community Committee approved a total of 31 projects to receive an allocation under this programme.
