Positive Ageing Month – Funding Opportunity for Clubs

Positive Ageing Small Grants Programme is funded by the Public Health Agency and administered by the Western Health & Social Care Trust. The programme is aimed to support activities and programmes specifically for older people.

Grants of up to £500 are to be used for activities / programmes for older people aged 50+ to improve physical activity and reduce social isolation.

Food for Life Get Together’s Christmas Small Grants Scheme is funded by Linking Generations Northern Ireland  as part of Positive Ageing Month 2022.  Applications will open on 1 October 2022 and close on the 28 October 2022.  They are inviting community groups, schools, care settings, nurseries and housing settings to apply for small grants of £125 to bring generations together during the month of December to enjoy good food and each-others company.  For more information, application pack, ideas and resources please visit the LGNI News page News – Linking Generations NI or contact joyce.savage@bjf.org.uk
