Fermanagh & Omagh 2022

Friday 23 September is Culture Night 2022!

Culture Night is a UK and Ireland-wide initiative where local arts and cultural organisations, venues and public spaces usually open their doors to the public to host free entertainment, as part of a celebration of arts, heritage and culture.

Despite the challenging climate for the arts & cultural sector during Covid-19, 2020 and 2021 brought us an exciting and diverse programme of live, online, in-person and pre-recorded events, activities and workshops took place across the district, showcasing the wealth of talent from Fermanagh and Omagh.  We expect 2022 to be no different!

We are now inviting arts, youth, cultural, sport, community and other organisations from across the district to submit sponsorship applications for up to a maximum of £250 to deliver an event as part of our 2022 programme.  Events / activities can be in-person, live-streamed, pre-recorded and /or online.  We are keen to see the widest possible range of cultural activities to include film, literature & language, music, heritage, drama, sport, visual arts and multi-arts activities, with representation across the whole district and covering a range of traditions.  Events must be free to access and take place on Friday 23 September 2022.

To submit an Expression of Interest, please complete the online application form here: Submit Expression of Interest application

The closing date for applications is Friday 08 July 2022 @ 5pm.  A second call is likely to take place later in July.
