‘Step Challenge’ Programme
The Step Challenge programme encourages participants to take more steps every day. Programme participants will be able to monitor their progress using a step pedometer which is issued free to all those taking part on the programme.
Start Date and Times
Weekly organised walks lasting one hour will take place at each of the Council’s leisure centres in Enniskillen, Irvinestown and Lisnaskea starting in April 2019.
Walks will start at the:
- Bawnacre Centre, Irvinestown, Monday 15 April 2019 at 10am;
- Fermanagh Lakeland Forum, Enniskillen, Monday 15 April 2019 at 5:30pm; and
- Castle Park Leisure Centre, Lisnaskea, Tuesday 16 April 2019 at 7pm.
All walks will be led by fully qualified walk leaders and participation on the 12-week programme is free.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. The first 10 participants to register for the Step Challenge at each venue will receive a free hoodie.
