Spring outdoor fitness challenge

The ‘Outdoor Fitness Challenge’ – a free 12-week programme has been organised by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council with funding from the Public Health Agency’s (PHA) Healthy Towns Programme to encourage adults build up physical activity in a gradual and healthy way.

People aged 18 years old and over who find taking exercise difficult are encouraged to sign up to the free programme which will take place at outdoor gym facilities in Lisbellaw, Lisnaskea, Enniskillen and Omagh.

The programme will be led by fully qualified Fermanagh and Omagh District Council fitness coaches who will provide professional training, support and advice to help participants get more active more often.

The 12-week programme will start on Sunday 23 April 2017 at The Grange, Omagh, 9.30am; CKS, Omagh, 11am, Lisbellaw, on Tuesday 25 April 2017 at 7pm, Round ‘O’, Enniskillen on Wednesday 26 April 2017 at 6pm and Lisnaskea on Thursday 27 April 2017 at 7pm.
