Outdoor Fitness Challenge
The ‘Outdoor Fitness Challenge’ is a 12 week programme for people aged 18 years old and over who find taking exercise difficult with the aim of encouraging adults to build up physical activity in a gradual and healthy way.
Start Dates and Times
The free gym programme will commence at the Round ‘O’, Enniskillen on Wednesday 17 April 2019 at 7.15pm with each session lasting 45 minutes.
All sessions will be led by a fully qualified Fermanagh and Omagh District Council fitness coach who will provide professional training, support and advice to help participants get more active more often.

Participants will be admitted to the programme only after completing a health screening assessment.
