Outdoor Fitness Challenge – Lisbellaw and Lisnaskea
The ‘Outdoor Fitness Challenge’ is a 12 week programme for people aged 18 years old and over who find taking exercise difficult with the aim of encouraging adults to build up physical activity in a gradual and healthy way.
Start Dates and Times
The free gym programme will begin at Lisbellaw Outdoor Gym on Wednesday 3 July 2019 at 5.30pm and Lisnaskea Outdoor Gym at Castle Park Leisure Centre at 7.00pm.
Each session will last 1 hour.
The 12-week programme will be led by a fully qualified Fermanagh and Omagh District Council fitness coach who will provide professional training, support and advice to help participants get more active more often.

Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
Participants will be admitted to the programme only after completing a health screening assessment.
This initiative is organised by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council and funded by the Public Health Agency (PHA) through its Healthy Towns programme .
