Ladies Activity Programme
The Ladies Activity Programme is aimed at women aged 18 years and over who take little or no exercise.
Start Dates and Times
The free 12-week circuits programmes will commence on Wednesday 11 September 2019 at 6:00pm at the Hospital Road Community Centre, Omagh and the West End Community Centre, Enniskillen with each session lasting for one hour.
Availability on the programme is limited and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis with registration available from Monday 12 August 2019. All participants will be required to complete a pre-exercise questionnaire, which is available to download in the, ‘Downloads’ section below or by clicking here.
