Village Renewal Scheme information event

The Fermanagh and Omagh Local Action Group (LAG) Ltd is the delivery mechanism for Priority 6 of the Northern Ireland Rural Development Programme (NIRDP) 2014-2020 in the Fermanagh and Omagh District Council area.

The Village Renewal Scheme will provide capital funding to support the regeneration and development of villages in ways which support their important social and economic roles. The LAG will administer the Scheme via:

  • Strand 1: Capital funding designed to address dereliction or vacancy with the key objective of bringing such properties back into use; and
  • Strand 2: Capital funding to support stand-alone projects in recreation and heritage, or culture and heritage or small scale environmental improvements.

Information event
The LAG will be hosting an Information Event to provide information on the Scheme including Fermanagh and Omagh District Council’s role as lead applicant. The Information Event will be held as follows:

Bawnacre Centre, Irvinestown at 7.00 pm on Wednesday 23 November 2016

Tea/Coffee available from 7.00 pm with event commencing at 7.30 pm sharp
