Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is offering the opportunity for people to try its new disability cycling equipment free of charge as part of this year’s Bike week.

A “come and try it” style cycle, which will include use of Tandem Bikes, Trikes and Hand Cycles and will be led by qualified coaches, will take place at Omagh Leisure Complex on Sat 16th June from 10.30 am – 12.30 noon.

Participants will be able to use the equipment around Omagh Leisure Complex track or for the more confident cyclist, a route around McCauley Park may provide that extra challenge.

All children must be accompanied by an adult and participants must bring their own helmet. The wearing of helmets is mandatory.

Refreshments will be provided in Omagh Leisure Complex, throughout the morning.

Due to limited availability of equipment, prior registration is essential by contacting Billie-Jo Irwin on 0300 303 177 or via email billie-jo.irwin@fermanaghomagh.com or for further information or to download the questionnaire, please go to  www.fermanagh.gov.uk.
