New Autumn and Winter programme for Omagh Leisure Complex

Omagh Leisure Complex has launched its new programme of classes and activities for Autumn Winter 2015.

The ‘Kit to Get Fit’ programme will see the return of a number of favourites such as Spinning and Zumba while introducing a number of new classes and activities to help people get active and improve overall health and well-being.

New to this year’s programme is a ladies only fitness class, ‘Booty Camp’, ‘Body Transformation’ and ‘Functional Training’ classes, Vinyasa Yoga, a new drop-in yoga class called ‘Yoga for the Heart’ plus much more.

For families, the popular Adult Boot Camp ‘Lite’ has been scheduled to take place alongside a children’s version on Saturday morning, while a new, after school, Functional Training Class kicks off in September for teenagers. Family memberships offering discounted rates are also available.

Other classes and activities included in the programme are Pilates, Indoor Bowling, children’s Boot-Camps, half-hour Meta-Fit and the hard core High Intensity Interval Training (HITT).

The swimming pool ‘Splash Programme’ includes a Splash Disco for 8 to 15 year olds on the first Friday of every month. There are also Aqua Fit and Sports Aqua Fit classes.  A programme of swimming lessons will also take place throughout Autumn and Winter which are suitable for all ages and abilities. Public enrolment for swimming lessons takes place on 22 August 2015.

“We are delighted to launch our Autumn Winter programme which sees the return of some of our most popular classes alongside the introduction of new classes and activities. With over 45 classes taking place at the Complex each week, there really is something for people of all ages and abilities.”

A number of membership packages are available at Omagh Leisure Complex, starting from as little as £18 per month. Members can avail of seven free classes per week. Facilities at Omagh Leisure Complex include a deck level 25-metre swimming pool, learner pool and toddler pool; health suite which includes two sauna cabins, steam room; 25-seater Jacuzzi and relaxation area; fitness suite; the district’s only indoor sprint track; 4G pitch and running track and two sports halls.
