Council seeks Expression of interest to trade at the “Get out to Gortin Glens” Family event

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is seeking Expressions of Interest to offer quality refreshments for sale at “Get Out to Gortin Glens Family Day” between 12noon – 5.00pm on Saturday 29 September 2018 in the main visitor car park of Gortin Glen Forest Park.
In 2017 the event attracted in the region of 1,000 visitors. Preference will be given to traders registered within the Council area, who have a Food Hygiene Rating of 4 or higher and can demonstrate the use of local products in their menu. No access to electricity or water will be available on the day therefore traders must be self sufficient and only silent diesel generators will be permitted.
Traders must be parked and in position by 11.00am and be open for business until 5.00pm.
Selection will be based on traders who meet or exceed the above criteria and in the interest of trading, there will be a limit to the number of traders permitted in each refreshment category.
The Council reserves to right to charge a fee to traders.
