Published: 1st April 2016

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is illuminating Enniskillen Castle blue on Saturday 2 April 2016 to mark World Autism Awareness Day.

Enniskillen Castle will be lit blue as part of Autism NI’s Fermanagh branch awareness raising activities. The iconic building will be just one of a number of buildings and landmarks around the world that will turn blue in support of the UN designated World Autism Awareness Day.

The lighting up of Council buildings to mark specific days of significance is one way in which the Council may provide support to a particular charity.

Enquiries reading illuminating Council properties and charity support should be made to Louise McLaughlin, Fermanagh and Omagh District Council’s Community Services team, by telephoning 0300 303 1777 or emailing louise.mclaughlin@fermanaghomagh.com.
